TrueNorth Zone offers digital products, print-on-demand items, and selected dropshipped products. Delivery times and processes vary depending on the product type.


1. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

• Access is provided immediately after successful payment.
• Delivery occurs via on-screen download, email confirmation, or customer account access.
• No physical shipping is required.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand products are made specifically for you after purchase.

Production Time:
2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time:
Varies by destination and courier. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

Important:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, peak seasons, customs, or global disruptions.
• Once shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays.

3. Dropshipped Products

Certain items are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners.

Processing Time:
2–5 business days.

Shipping Time:
Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and supplier location.

Please note:

• International shipping times may vary.
• Customs inspections may cause additional delays.
• We do not control third-party courier operations.
• Tracking will be provided when available.

By purchasing dropshipped products, you acknowledge that delivery times may be longer than local retail standards.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Digital products do not incur shipping fees.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is submitted:

• We are not liable for lost packages.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
