2. Digital Products – No Refund Policy
All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the immediate and irrevocable access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted for:

• Personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with subjective expectations

3. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand, etc)
Physical products are made to order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Colour variation due to screen display
• Courier delays outside our control
Replacements or refunds are offered only for damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All materials, frameworks, branding, content, downloads, courses, and designs are the intellectual property of TrueNorth Zone.

All purchases are for personal use only.
