Digital products (downloads, courses, printables)

All digital products are delivered electronically and are non‑returnable once payment is completed.

Because access is granted immediately, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
Physical products (shipped items)

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping.

After an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Memberships / subscriptions (TrueNorth Growth Studio)

Memberships renew automatically according to the billing period you select (monthly or yearly, once live).

You can cancel your membership at any time before the next billing date; your access will continue until the end of the current paid period.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
