Cancellation policy

Purchase options & cancellation policy (draft)

Digital products (downloads, courses, printables)

  • All digital products are delivered electronically and are non‑returnable once payment is completed.

  • Because access is granted immediately, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.

Physical products (shipped items)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping.

  • After an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Memberships / subscriptions (TrueNorth Growth Studio)

  • Memberships renew automatically according to the billing period you select (monthly or yearly, once live).

  • You can cancel your membership at any time before the next billing date; your access will continue until the end of the current paid period.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
